Duthie's Bookmarks

Announcing a new publication from the Alcuin Society, Duthie's Bookmarks has fifty years of bookmarks created for Duthie Books by a who’s who of West Coast artists including Jack Shadbolt, Takao Tanabe, Celia King, Carel Moiseiwitsch and 20 others.

A deluxe limited edition designed by Robert R. Reid, reproducing in full colour over 300 bookmarks, with biographies of the artists.

Duthie’s Bookmarks is issued in a first printing of 50 copies (8.5 x 11 inches, printed digitally on Curtis cream paper). The copies have been sewn and cased by hand, in quarter cloth with marbled paper sides.

Since the original edition of 50 copies sold out promptly, we proceeded with a very limited second edition printing of 10 copies in 2010. These copies have now been sold out. For more information, see our blog post here.
